Upgrading from ZOLL emsCharts for Windows version 4

When upgrading from ZOLL emsCharts for Windows 4.x to a newer version of 4.x, you can follow the installation steps.

You can also use the auto update feature to upgrade your 4.x devices.

Migrating from ZOLL emsCharts for Windows version 3

When migrating from ZOLL emsCharts for Windows 3.x versions such as 3.7.40 or 3.8.3, ZOLL recommends uninstalling first to clean up old files and prevent user confusion. Once version 3 is removed, proceed to the version 4 architecture changes and installation steps.

IMPORTANT: 

  • It is critical that all charts are uploaded from ZOLL emsCharts for Windows version 3.x prior to uninstalling or migrating to 4.x.

  • You must use the "Full" installer when migrating from version 3 to 4.
